How to Strengthen Your Body and Core
A full-body workout you can do at home.
In our second video working with Martin Grube of Fire Rescue TV, Dr. Frank Lombardozzi will take you through a series of exercises to increase your overall body strength, including the chest muscles, shoulder muscles, back muscles, biceps, and your leg muscles — all the while maintaining a strong core.
Doing these exercises will not only firm and strengthen your muscles and core, but will also help prevent futures injuries and loss of mobility. As you do these exercises, start out slow and work your way up. I encourage you to use both this video and our core strengthening video. As you incorporate both of these videos you will see some tremendous improvements in your overall fitness and wellness.
I strongly encourage you to view this video and follow along with the exercises. While the exercises in this video are a little more advanced than the ones in our first video, these exercises are still designed to be able to be done at home with ease — and just about everyone can do them. You don't need a lot of equipment, we used an exercise ball, a bosu ball, and some light weights in this video. This is also something you can do with members of your family and your friends. If you like this video, you can recommend it to your friends and help them strengthen and stabilize their core as well.
